Park in the rear of the building in front of the lower level entrance. Cost of the test is $15. Bring proper change and photo ID. If you have a ham license already you will be required to bring a copy of the existing license that we can keep to send in with you test score. Persons that pass any test in that session can take an advanced license test during the same session for no extra cost. Anyone that does not have a photo ID will have to bring proof of residency and provide a Social Security number.

FCC Technician License review classes will be conducted on March 3rd and March 10th, 2012 at the Paulding Chamber of Commerce. We will start about 8:30am and do about 5 hours of review each session with FCC license testing at the end of the second session. Cost for the class is free but a fee of $15 is required for those taking the license exam. Advance study will be needed for the class since this is review of all the questions that may be on the test. License manuals will not be available at the class session. You will be required to purchase or download any printed study material at your own expense. Make sure you get the current manual for the question pool from July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2014. (Suggested study manual: Ham Radio License Manual Revised 2nd Edition) Preregistration for the classes is requested to give us an idea of how many people to expect.
