PARC MONDAY NIGHT NET SCRIPT

Is the frequency in use?

This is (your name, call and location). Good evening and welcome to the Paulding Amateur Radio Club two-meter Monday night net.

Is there any emergency or priority traffic?

This net meets each Monday on this repeater at 8:00 PM eastern time. We take early-bird check-ins at 7:30.
You need not be a member of the Paulding Amateur Radio Club to participate. Everyone is welcome to check-in.

This is a directed net, so please direct your comments to Net Control. When checking in, please start by saying: "This is", unkey your mic to check for doubles (Drop carrier to demonstrate), listen for a clear frequency and then state your callsign, your name, your location, and if you have any traffic, announcements, or anything for the swap shop that is ham related that you would like to buy, sell or trade.

My name is (your name and your location), and my call is (your call). Stations wishing to check into the Paulding Amateur Radio Club Monday night net, please call now.
